Simulator FAQ
How many and what type of simulators do you have?
We have five Full Swing Suite high-definition simulators. All suites have seating for four to eight people and a place to set your clubs. Each suite is also equipped with a partial set of men’s and women’s clubs (even-numbered irons) free of charge.
What can the simulators be used for?
Our simulators can be used for golf simulations and a variety of other activities. You can practice your game in a virtual practice area where you can see many statistics about your swing, including clubhead speed, ball speed and spin, launch angle, and many others. We also have 84 golf courses to choose from if you wish to play a full round of golf.
There are also other golf and non-golf related games that are fun for all ages, such as Zombie Dodgeball, baseball, football, and more.

Do I need to book ahead or can I walk in?
We highly recommend booking ahead online.
We can't guarantee an opening if you come into The Sweet Spot without a reservation, and we'd hate to turn you away or make you wait. You're more likely to get the day and time you want if you book ahead. Give us a call, shoot us an e-mail, or book online. The earlier the better!

What is your cancellation policy?
We are often busy at The Sweet Spot. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per reservation. Customers who are more than 10 minutes late will have their time shortened to fit in their original reserved time frame.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?
It's always best to practice and play with your own clubs, but we have clubs available for right- and left-handed men and women at no charge.
Can I wear golf shoes?
Unfortunately, The Sweet Spot doesn't allow soft or hard spiked shoes, as it will damage the floor. A good set of sneakers or tennis shoes works fine on the simulator turf.
Can I use my own golf balls?
We prefer that you use the golf balls we provide for you, as we don't want to take the chance of our screens getting damaged with cuts, scratches, or smudges from balls with pen markings or scuff marks.
How many people can use the simulator at one time?
We allow up to four people who plan to play full golf rounds to use the simulators at one time and up to eight people if playing the golf/party games. You can have more people in your party in the suite if they want to hang out and watch or partake from our menu.
How do I become a league coordinator?
Contact us to learn how you can golf for free in our leagues when you coordinate/set up your own league. We will waive the bay rental fee for you and you'll only be responsible for the league fees.
Does The Sweet Spot serve alcohol?
Yes. We have a full bar and restaurant.
